Too dirty.No slippers to use in bathroom.Rooms are need to be cleaned.Spotted cockroach in the room.

Not housekeeping staff are very bad and behaviour rudely.ac remote control not working to adjust temparature fixed on 22. And staff solution given me is on if you are fell cold than switch off full night without sleeping ?.and it's not working after 1 am after calling not received call .

1st change staff behaviour.

Truly exceeded my expectations—comfortable, quiet, and exceptionally well-run.

Rooms were stinking of bug spray; Bed spreads were old and dirty ; guess the soiled ones were never replaced.I had to stay for a flight transit .. hence stayed for few hours and left early in the morning.

The hotel staffs are very good and polite. The location of hotel is at very good. Rooms are big and the bathrooms are big enough. I love this hotel and highly appreciate the hotel staffs and management

Staffs were friendly,lift was working.

No wifi, geyser not working,dirty bedsheets and blankets, uncleaned rooms ,uncleaned toilets, toilet flasher horrible condition, water was not good impurities in it, bathroom overhead broken and water dripping, Requesting quest to not go for room 509. Don't know about the condition of the other rooms.

Stuff behaviour, location and service

Toilet, Dirty utensils such as water heater, cup, plate, regulator of the celling fan does not work.

Shabby hotel

On checking in they took me to room 503..the sofa was torn & patched up in a shabby manner. Then showed me 501 which had a broken toilet seat & wasn't repaired even after complaining till I checked out. Couldn't check out earlier coz I has already paid to fabhotel. The lift starts from 1st floor so not recommended for those who has issues with stairs. MOST IMPORTANT :- THEY SERVED EXPIRED BREAD (BEST BY 14.03.2024) ON 16.03.24.I don't recommend this hotel at all. I wonder how fabhotel approves these substandard hotels. I thing the commissions are very high. I think all of us should not rely on fabhotels recommendstions at all. They just upload these hotels for their commissions without verifying anything. Nothing as shown in pictures

booked a deluxe room, basic expectations were that room and toilet would be clean, they were not.

Location was okay

Very bad experience:1. Hotel room was not cleaned post the previous guest left.2. It was shabby, wet bathroom and unclean toilet, bed linen, pillow and blanket covers were dirty and used, without washing3. Hotel tried to charge us the previous guest food bills, when we spotted they owned up to the mistake4. Breakfast was horrible, bad quality food, hair found in food and it was cold as well

Rooms were shabby, smoke everywhere. Untidy washrooms, unhelpful staff.

Very nice service. Specially with respect to the staff Sandeep Kumar Pandey who helped us tow our luggage all the way from.parking 4 as we were with small kid and he helped us all the way to checkin and arranging for Departure. Thank you for the service.

A smoking block shall be provided on each floor with a proper ventilation system.A welcome drink shall provide at reception.Few unique points which i impressed a lot -- Welcome gesture superb.Early check-in is possible when rooms are available.All others are okay.
